Consent Statement Statement
The data collected will be used by itonic Agility Advisors GmbH to plan and manage the event for which you registered, as well as to inform you about relevant details about the event via email.
Event Terms & Conditions Summary
The Terms & Conditions define theterms under which the event can be booked.
These terms and conditions of itonic Agility Advisors GmbH exclusively apply to the event. Any other or deviating provisions do not apply.
The language and materials of theevent are defined with the event description and so are the services includedin the event. All other costs, such as cost for travel and accommodation costs,are not included in the ticket price.
Participants
The number of participants islimited. Registrations will be considered in the order of their arrival. In case the minimum number of participants is not reached; itonic Agility Advisors GmbH reserves the right to cancel the event. In this case, the already booked ticket fees will be fully refunded. Any further claims cannot be made. A substitute participant for a registered participant can be named. In this case, itonic Agility Advisors GmbH has to be informed about the change before the start of the event and provided with the data of the substitute participant.
Pricing
The ticket prices listed are in EUR excluding statutory VAT. Invoicing takes place immediately after the order isplaced. The stated ticket price plus the statutory value-added tax applies to invoicing. The invoice amount is due immediately without deduction.
If the payment is not timely inadvance to the event received, the organizer is entitled to exclude theparticipant from the event. In case of open invoices that have not been settledbefore the start of the event, an additional reminder fee can be charged.
Cancellation
For cancellations between 4 and 2 calendar weeks before the start of the event Masterclass, a cancellation fee of 50% of the ticket price will be charged. For cancellations within 2 calendarweeks before the start of the event the entire ticket price will be charged. Even in the event of complete or partial non-participation, 100% of the fulltraining fee must be paid.
Force Majeure
If the event is cancelled due toillness of the trainer(s)/sepakers, force majeure or other unforeseeable events, there is no right to have the event held. The organizer will then refund the full ticket fee. However, the organizer is not obliged to reimburse any additional costs and cannot be held liable for direct or indirect damagesand claims.
Disclaimer
The organizer assumes no liabilityfor the loss or damage of items brought along, nor is liability for personalinjury before, during and after the event.
Event Privacy Policy Summary
The Austrian Data protection law andthe regulations of General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) apply.
We will also provide our cooperation partners and speakers with information about theregistered participants.
Masterclass Data Retention Policy Duration
We will use your data exclusively forthe purpose described in the Consent statement. We store the data collected aslong as it is necessary to provide the agreed service and to fulfill our obligations under Austrian law.
Description
Due to Austrian tax law, we are obliged tokeep all accounting documents, including records, related to the event for 7 years from the end of the calendar year.
